Knitting yarn plays a crucial part in the technique of knitting and the bright and colorful variety add a lot of fun to the process of knitting. Organic cotton yarn has also started to become more popular as more and more people are turning to organic natural products in their every day life. Many of the highest quality yarns available are manufactured from natural fibers from plants and animals such as cashmere, wools, alpaca, cottons and mohair. Each of these yarns have a different feel and thickness which you need to consider when you are choosing your pattern and yarn and howe you want your finished garment to turn out.
Recycled silk yarn is made from recycled silk, often being the waste silk from Indian industrial mills. Small projects such as scarves, hats, bags etc can be completed by using recycled silk yarn.
